Jen Anderson PT, DPT, OCS graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Colorado-Denver in 2009.  Jen has been an athlete her whole life.  In high school she was a gymnast and ran cross country and track.  Jen rowed for the University of Wisconsin lightweight team in college.  Being an athlete always kept her interested in learning more about the human body.  This knowledge helped Jen manage her own injuries and she enjoys helping her patients to gain this same ability.

Jen became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in 2015 and is trigger point dry needle certified.  In addition to treating a variety of orthopedic injuries, Jen also specializes in rehabilitation of male, female, and transgender pelvic floor conditions, TMJ disorders, and Parkinson disease rehabilitation.  She has her CAPP certification in Pelvic Health from the APTA Section of Women's Health.  She is LSVT BIG certified and PWR! certified for the treatment of Parkinson Disease.  She completed her training in TMJ Rehabilitation from Dr. Rocabado of Argentina, Chile.

In 2017 Jen began participating in Buti Yoga and found it be a wonderful release of stress and celebrating femininity.  Jen became a Buti Yoga instructor in December 2018 and enjoys sharing this practice with other women to build strength and confidence.

Jen created Anderson Physical Therapy and Wellness to treat in an environment that allows for increased time with her patients struggling with issues that stop them from doing what they enjoy.  Her goal is to provide individualized treatment plans to allow for faster recovery, decrease pain, and provide her patients with tools for life long wellness.

When she is not in the clinic, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordan, and her two labradors, Remi and Denver.  She loves to run, ski, mountain bike, and participate in yoga.
